Made-to-Order Artwork

All AprèsWall pieces are made to order.
Because each artwork is custom-produced and hand-finished, we do not accept returns or refunds once production has started.

Please review your order carefully before checkout.
If you have questions about sizing, framing, or custom options, contact us at info@apreswall.com before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, production begins and we’re unable to process cancellations or refunds.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized pieces (such as requests for specific ski resorts or geographic locations) are non-refundable once design and production have started.

We’ll always send you a preview or design confirmation before printing to ensure accuracy.

Color, Texture & Material Disclaimer

Each AprèsWall piece is made using precision 3D printing and hand finishing.
Minor variations in color, texture, or surface finish are part of the artistic process and do not qualify as defects.

Shipping Damage

If the packaging appears damaged upon delivery, please note this when signing with the carrier and take photos before unboxing.
This helps us file a claim with our shipping partner and process a replacement quickly.
